My family oohed and aahed over this thing...we don't normally fuss over 'stuff'. The depth of colour is exquisite, the fabric is beautiful and heavweight with a weave that is almost like raw silk- it's not your usual 'tapestry'. The photos don't do justice to the beautiful, intricate patterns- especially in the red center rectangle.
Be advised that due to the hand tied fringe tassels at each end, it should probably only be washed by hand or in a large net laundry bag in the delicate cycle of your washer. The price is excellent, so order an XL mesh/net laundry bag with it....
