(More customer reviews)You've probably seen a similar product to this one on an infomercial. However, this Martha Stewart one is heads above the "as seen on TV" version of this product. This chopper can be used two ways. You can chop veggies, nuts, fruit, cheese, and more either by placing it over the food on a cutting board, or you can go with the board by simply leaving the bottom on the plastic container for self-contained chopping. Not only that, but there is an extra lid provided that allow you to store the chopped food right inside the clear plastic contain until it is needed. The chopper also has a handy piece that prevents food from getting lodged deep inside the plunger, so clean up is easy. I deducted one star from my rating, because the first time disassembling and reassembling the device will most likely be a bit tricky. However, it's a breeze once you get the hang of it. It cleans up easily too. Overall, I would recommend this over the infomercial chopper any day.
