(More customer reviews)These bags are perfect for buying produce. They don't work as well to store produce in the fridge, the mesh allows too much air and veggies tend to wilt much faster. But I bought them as grocery bags, not as storage bags, so they're perfect for what I need them for! The tare weight is sewn into the bag, so the cashier can deduct it easily, but each bag only weighs 0.08 lbs so it only costs a few extra cents if you forget.

They can be used for both shopping and storage, as the cotton material allows for excellent air circulation. Easy to care for, just wash in cold water and line dry. Expect about 10-20% shrinkage on the first wash. The mesh material will stretch back out to near the prewashed size when filled with produce.
