Use it as a cleaver for raw meat and heavier vegetables, or to slice cheese, cooked meat, fruit... or come to think of it, pretty much anything you want. Great as a general all-purpose knife, or as a specialty cleaver.
While I've only had it for a few weeks, the nice single-tang design bodes well for the quality of the knife as well.
