When the old one's blade finally couldn't work as well, I replaced it with a very expensive mandolin which I don't like, it's clumsy and difficult to set up, as well as it doesn't have the options that this item has. When I finally found this one on the internet I couldn't believe my eyes. I ordered it immediately and love it.
