(More customer reviews)I purchased this three piece paring knife set in addition to a more expensive Henckels paring knife J.A. Henckels Twin Four Star 3-Inch High Carbon Stainless Steel Paring Knife. This set is good quality. Stamped on the blades are the words "German Stainless Steel" and "Made in China". They have a good sharp edge and a textured, shaped plastic handle that provides a good grip. The package says that the knives are "stamped one-piece blade construction for strength and durability". It also says that the handles are "fully closed polypropylene", "breakproof, dishwasher safe, and hygienic." They are lightweight and have a nice finish on the blades.
