April 5, 2009. Addition to original review. While the cutters are very sharp and do a good job at shredding, the plastic frame holding the cutters in place broke last week. At the price charged this should have lasted much longer. I don't abuse my tools and only use it once a week. I would not recommend this product now. I would give it no stars.
