My husband likes the sturdiness and the size of the handles which fit comfortably in his hand. The spatula blade is not flmsy even though it is in one piece with the stem. The locking tongs make them easy to store. We also purchased a knife carrying case to pack them in for storage and making dinners away from home. We found they were an excellent find for the price, too.
