(More customer reviews)I picked up this melon baller at my local grocery store to use in making a melon ball salad and the occasional cookie. It works fine except the sharp, pokey mini baller is facing the same side as the more useful large baller and while you are using the large end the pokey end stabs you in the wrist! I tried putting a pice of cork on the pointed end but made it hard to use and the cork finally fell off. In the future I would purchase a melon baller with either a smooth rimmed smaller end or with ends that faced away from each other. Waste of money.
