(More customer reviews)I have had one of these with a black handle for 3 years, It is the best. Still sharp but after much use not like it was. Slices fast and is very easy to clean ( wipping away from the blade).
Slice your produce down to a safe point , inch, inch and half and stop. Don't stick your finger in this. I play a stringed mandolin also and love my finger tips. If you are careful you will love this thing
