To add zest to dishes and desserts simply fit the PalmZester in the palm of your hand and then zest lemons, oranges and limes. The stainless steel blade quickly zests the peel of the citrus and then collects the zest in the see-through storage area.This keeps the zest off your counters and ready for use.
