(More customer reviews)I have spent quite a bit of time with mandolines in professional kitchens so I might be a bit biased but this was very poor quality and not sharp enough to effectively slice anything. The blade can't even be removed for sharpening. I spent 5 bucks more and bought an oneida mandoline which still isn't restaurant quality but it's a lot better than this. This product is just a waste of money.
