(More customer reviews)I'm a good amateur cook and have a four-knife Tramontina Professional set. These knives have the feel and balance of MUCH more expensive knives. They sharpen up well, but the metal seems a little soft, as they do not stay sharp for as long as one might like. Still, they are an excellent value for the price.

Company had me return them and reimbursed my shipping. I hope its not on the market anymore. Life threatening if one swallows magnets.
