(More customer reviews)This is such a slick gadget. It can be used for melons, apples, pears, mini pumpkins, squash, etc...anywhere you are wanting to add a little dazzle. I began using it with regular tea light candles. This year I am now using the battery powered tea lights. Works equally well when in a little liner or saran wrap or foil to protect the battery area from getting wet.
