Put these on some cellery, die the potatoes with food coloring add a little contrast with a raddish center and a cucumber base, put it in a vase, and walla. You have got a great looking flower arrangement, made of food. This is a great tool and easy to use, I also recomend the smaller curler so as to add some comtrast in flower sizes. Note: that you can also change the look of your potato flowers by cutting the potato with more than 4 sides to add ridges to the peddle leaves. Have fun
