Buy something similar at your local supermarket/check infomercials/etc.
Also...it is not 10 sheets - it arrived as 6 sheets, and they are not re-usable, unless you don't care about bacteria, health and other food related issues. This is truly the first time I felt misled by Amazon - but summer is too short for me to return and deal with all that annoyance.
Too much money...for too little product! Buyer Beware!

(More customer reviews)We love to grill vegetables. Had an old non-stick type pan, but it got rusted thru and was unsafe to use. I finally settled on this Grill Pan. Frankly it is the best twenty bucks I spent.
The stainless steel will discolor if heated too much, but cleaning is not too bad. The first time I used it without oiling the pan, cleaning needed quite a bit of scrubbing. I ended up using oven cleaner (Easy Off) and it worked pretty well - got all the crud off. I now oil the pan before putting it on the grill and clean up is not bad. The advantage of stainless steel is that with a bit of care it will give good service and there is nothing to flake off.
I also bought the veggie basket and use both interchangeably. The lips all around are great, I just use a spatula to lift the veggies to a serving dish.
LOVE: Quality of construction; Cost; Raised lips all around; Material
HATE: Cleanup is tough, but it is no tougher than with so called non-stick pans - had one.
Would I recommend it - definitely; I plan to replace mine with a similar one when this one goes (or I get tired of it)

Lodge Logic L8SGP3 Pre-Seasoned Square Grill Pan Review

(More customer reviews)It's cast iron, so you can run this pan as hot as you dare to sear the flavor in. Makes excellent burgers and brats, with nice grill marks but no burned spots, even when well-done. Try that with a George Foreman and your burger will be black outside and dryer than the Mojave Desert inside.
The square pan provides plenty of room to fry up a few burgers and the hot juices in the bottom are made-to-order for sauteeing a few mushrooms, onions, or peppers to go on top. The handle is fatter than older Lodge designs and quite ergonomic as long as you're wearing an oven mitt. Cleans nicely by boiling a little water in the pan and giving it a quick scrub with a stiff round natural-bristle vegetable brush and the hottest water that'll come out of the tap.
I would recommend this pan over the 11.5" one Lodge also offers because the thicker bottom, smaller sides, and deeper walls of the 10.5" pan provide fairly even heat over the entire grill surface. It appears that the 11.5" pan is based on the griddle of the same size, and my 11.5" griddle is hot near the center and cooler near the edges when used on a burner - OK for hash browns, but bad for burgers, grilled cheese, and such.
Excellent product; if you can't grill outside, this pan is the next best thing!

Outset QN71 Copper Nonstick Large 17" x 11" Grill Grid with Handles Review

(More customer reviews)Appeared to be a solid grill topper upon arrival. Outset even has a nice website describing their products (unlike many other brands). Outset even advertised their other products with the same copper coating with good reviews from some food magazine. Upon first use, I was very surprised to see it warped under moderate heat (350F). After it cooled down, it bent back in shape. It was fairly easy to clean after 1st use. Then with 2nd grilling, the food started to stick terribly. I was unable to clean the charcoal mess left on the grill topper. I even left it soaked in soapy water overnight, and was still unable to clean it easily afterwards. I tried to use regular soft dish washing scrubber to clean off the charcoal mess, then discovered some of the nonstick copper-tone "double coat" silicone coating came off! I trashed this piece of junk, as I don't want my family risk eating this non-stick silicone stuff! One of the worst purchases ever! I plan to get a plain stainless steel grill topper next time. It may not be easy to clean, but I can at least use some heavy duty scrubber on it and not worry about any type of nonstick coating coming off...

Consider the Weber stainless steel grill basket instead. No cheap coating to fail, and no spot welds to break either.

You can cut up veggies, place them in the pan and they are done in less than five minutes. The dish my guests liked best made in this pan was shrimp and summer vegtables grilled together and then served over pasta. No more making little shish ka bobs which is time consuming. Just add shrimp and vegetables in a bowl with a little olive oil and then toss into stainless grill pan and you are finished making entire dish in under 10 minutes. The pan is very sturdy and well made. The cover that fastens securely lets you toss contents of pan as much as you would like.It is a pan that will inspire you to become creative. As luck would have it, my stovetop failed just before I received the pan. The Pinzon 2 piece stainless grill top frying pan with removable lid was a life saver while I was in process of replacing the stove. I used it to grill some fruit to mix with yogurt and granola for breakfast, yummy!
If you purchase this pan you will not be sorry, thats for sure!

It would be beneficial to include the actual dimensions in the listing since it was a concern of mine when I purchased it. After several Internet searches I never did find a size listing. I grilled veggies in this pan at Thanksgiving and was very happy with the result and clean up. Highly recommend this item.

(More customer reviews)I used to cut up pounds of veggies, and spend countless hours marinating them and placing them piece by piece onto skewers. The outcome was tasty but the amount of items you'd lose during grilling was kind of disappointing.
I ordered this grill basket from Amazon, and its great! I had a few 1 gallon bags full to the top from Fathers Day; chunks of red onion, white onion, whole white mushrooms, zucchini, red peppers, orange peppers, corn on the cob, and of course a few cloves of fresh garlic...all marinating in some olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, and paprika.
Instead of skewering each piece I simply dumped the bag into the basket, latched it shut, and tossed it on a hot grill! The outcome is fantastic!
Clean up is a little challenging just because of the size and wire mesh you gotta wipe down, for the most part a quick rinse under water and a sponge between the grids was more than enough. (A garden hose and sprayer would be perfect)
One quick tip I found is really "compress" your veggies into the basket, squeeze the top cover down tight and latch it shut...it'll save those little chunks from falling out!
This is really a great item for anybody who enjoys grilling, from fish to veggies, you'll be more than happy!
