(More customer reviews)I was disappointed when I received this because it came without a handle, so it didn't give it a high score. Then I received a call from the company, they said they would replace it if I wasn't happy. I thought perhaps I had clicked on the wrong one(there was one without a handle). I did change my rating, then I never heard from them again. So I am not satisfied with either the item or the company. Also, after a few months of intermittent use the fibers began to come out insinuating themselves into my food,which would be worse if it was plastic, but still unwelcome.
