(More customer reviews)you can only use it in one direction, I have never experienced such a thing. I had Brabantia peelers in the past but nothing like this one. I begin to doubt whether it is one of those made in China. had i not thrown the packaging, I wold definitely have returned. it doesn't peel everything. I got a Zyliss peeler since this one is of no use, and it is simply perfect. and I paid a fortune as postage cost the same price as the peeler itself.
