(More customer reviews)I love this knife!!! I have searched so long for a knife that would allow me to clean my chicken the way i want. I hate thick chicken and when i clean it its important that i can cut it as thin as possible. It cut my cleaning time by at least 20 minutes(i clean a big family pack at a time). I knew a filleting knife would be the best bet but everywhere i looked they were over $100. You cannot go wrong with this price and this model.
I bought this from a third party (not amazon) and i do have to complain about the packaging, the plastic was all cut but i wasnt going to complain because there was no way you could get the knife out so i know it wasnt used. Other than that i HIGHLY recommend getting.
